About Us

We are open by appointment from 11am to 5pm. Monday to Saturday. Open all year.  


Please call us on 07825 428227 to book in.


In December and January we close at Dusk (approx 3.30pm). Check local road reports in severe weather.


In severe weather please check before leaving in case of local road closures.


About Experience4x4

Originally used for a number of years by The Highland4WheelDrive Club as one of their event sites, the idea to form the Highland’s 1st dedicated

off-road ‘Pay and Play’ site began in 2009 and  we were then named ‘inverness4x4adventure’.

Since then our specially designed 4x4 off-road areas have matured into what must be one of the UK’s most scenic and highest off-road attractions, a Highland playground for cars!

We were soon asked if we could provide training, vehicles and offer corporate events. Our name was changed to  ‘Experience4x4’.


Our background is a history of excellent customer service and imaginative landscape design combined with off-road knowledge, mechanics and a love of all things ‘off-road’. With these things in mind we hope our team of friendly staff will make sure your visit exceeds your expectations.


Our company has grown to now offer a wide range of services which you can explore on this site.
