About Us

We are open by appointment from 11am to 5pm. Monday to Saturday. Open all year.  


Please call us on 07825 428227 to book in.


In December and January we close at Dusk (approx 3.30pm). Check local road reports in severe weather.


In severe weather please check before leaving in case of local road closures.


About Experience4x4

We have a beautiful view of Loch Duntelchaig from the windows of our reception area, known to us as The Bothy. In it you will find a cosy casual area to sit and enjoy a mug of hot coffee and a snack. On warmer days sit outside and take in the loch views from our picnic tables and benches.

It also doubles as our classroom for training days and it has whiteboard, tables, chairs and power. Do ask us if you need another item and we will provide it for you. We have a wash-down area too.

Toilets are on-site including disabled toilet.

For those of you who may wish to stay in luxury contemporary self-catering accommodation, groups of up to 19 can pamper yourselves in “The LochViewSteading”, located nearby and yet offering peaceful seclusion and glorious views over Loch Duntelchaig.

Only 20 minutes south from Inverness and 5 miles east of Loch Ness.

Also available for smaller groups of 4,6 and 9 people as individual houses.

3 night short breaks are available in Low Season.
