About Us

We are open by appointment from 11am to 5pm. Monday to Saturday. Open all year.  


Please call us on 07825 428227 to book in.


In December and January we close at Dusk (approx 3.30pm). Check local road reports in severe weather.


In severe weather please check before leaving in case of local road closures.


About Experience4x4

We ask you to ensure you come prepared to recover yourselves but we do offer a recovery service if all else fails!

Please have a either a winch, winch strop and cable dampener, OR, a tow point and rope and a friend’s 4x4; a fire extinguisher, mobile phone, ensure your battery is tied down securely and come with a friend as passenger/co-driver for safety.

Sorry,we now have a ‘No Dog’ policy.


Vehicles on trailers are welcome but road legal exhausts must be fitted.

No Quads, ATV’s or dirt bikes.

A more extreme area for off-road enthusiasts to roam. Bring your own modified vehicles to ‘Pay and Play’.

We have a Mud Run, Bomb Hole, an awesome Rock Climb, and new for this summer, the steep drop...‘One Step too Farr’, loads of water and challenging runs for you to explore, get stuck and draw breath.The area has lots to offer within a woodland setting and we believe is one of the most stunning settings for a play and play site if not the highest! At prices from £15 for the afternoon this has to be great value for a family day out.



The Zone


The Zone is the area of our site used by off-road clubs and the Professional ATV Trainers. Using the natural landscape they challenge the vehicle and driver to keep control and safely navigate a course over the extreme ground.
